My set up is..
Speedvision Hybrid CT9 Gen 2
WEPR tubular manifold
Z-Sports 38mm external wastegate
Tial .6 bar spring
WEPR downpipe
2.5" stainless pro racer catback
JAM ECU
1.4mm steel headgasket
Apexi AVC-R at .95 bar boost
ARC topmount intercooler
Cusco bigbore hotpipe
NGK Heat range 7 plugs
Magnecore 8.8mm leads
OEM king lead
My issue is when I'm on boost, take for example in 4th gear at 4,500 rpm on full throttle the car boosts perfect (holds .95 bar steady) and the revs climb evenly but the car feels like it has no torque (felt more powerful last week at .6 bar)
I also noticed if I launch the car in first (have boost by gear set) and it spins in first, catches grip and when I bang second the car bogs down a lot in second gear!!! As in it's spooling perfect and reving perfect on full boost in second gear and it just feels like it's holding back through the revs mental!! Then I hit third and it feels slightly better but not great.
If I leave off the throttle the car gives a chug as if it want's to speed up when on 10% throttle.
Same in all gears but most noticeable in 5th.
I had a problem last week and she threw on code 52 (knock sensor).. I changed that today and the car drove fine but noticed it hesitating again in high revs tonight, not half as bad but still noticeable.
I'm thinking because the JAM ecu's main way to fuel the car via the Lambda it could be fucked, throwing too much fuel in and bogging it down???
I'm also thinking the ARC top mount could be getting too much heat soak and bogging down the car aswell????
I was also thinking it could be a weak fuel pump????
Plugs weren't done in over 6 months but I took them out and they look perfect!
I got my ignition timing set up two weeks ago.
I flash code tested the car and not one fault came up.
Any opinions welcome lads, thanks. -

Looking for a very small front mount intercooler with piping.
Short route prefered but would take long route piping for CT9!
Want it to be as small and short as possible but try me with anything.
Cash waiting. -
You'll have no problem with him! Friend has them in his Glanza.

Running a hybrid at 1.2 bar boost.
Have a 2 and a 1/4 inch catback to a pro racer backbox.
External wastegate with screamer pipe.
Getting a catback to pro racer made up on Tuesday and I need to know will I go 3 or 2.5 inch? -
Any other suggestions?

Done 1.3 bar before on a ct9... This hybrid with a steel head gasket should hold 1.1 bar at least. ;)
-
Was hoping to run 1.2 bar to be honest haha.

Mine's the exact same!! if she's around .95 she'll pull hard all day long, it hasn't held back, well I haven't noticed it.
-
Have one here make an offer.
-
100 offer for 5th one

Yeah it seams as if she's hitting DET.. Just doesn't feel 100% right, could I adjust my distributor?
I changed it and sorted out all the knock sensor problem. -
I have an Omex in mine and she will NEVER EVER bang or pop or flame unless you act the bolix and pump the throttle, if you use it only for launching it's epic. Key is to not act the ballbag with it.

Would you sell one?

Have a hybrid with a screamer pipe if interested in hearing it haha.
-
It's running 11's have seen dyno sheet with AFR hooked up.

The ct9 is underated and most people think just because you have a bigger turbo your faster it's all in the spool time
Boom, beat a td04 at 1.3 bar myself with my hybrid @ .6

As above?? What to use?
Ewg vaccum line size?

I was advised to use 4mm inner diameter piping.
