The Glanza is sadly now for sale, as looking to round up funds to leave a deposit on a mortgage.

It will be in the for sale section shortly, but is live on gumtree at the moment.

This car is my pride and joy but unfortunately i need to save for a deposit on a mortgage.

I have kept this car, in pristine condition, it hasn't seen rain in my ownership or salty roads, and has been fully wax oiled underneath.
It has been serviced every 3000-4000 miles using 10W-40 Semi Synthetic Mobil Super 2000 Oil. And was last serviced on 29/09/13. I also had the cambelt changed in April of this year, with receipts to prove.

The car is very fast. I travelled to Tuning Developments in Warrington to have the car mapped as i knew they were the best in the country.

  4. I've got a 215bhp glanza on CT9, it's really quick, sounds awesome, drives well and is really fun.

I've also got a mk1 mx5 Eunos 1.6, which I use daily and when it's really hot. The Mx5 is nowhere near as fast in a straight line (stock) but the handling is amazing and it's so fun to drive! If your going to turbo an mx5, you could be looking at a similar straight line performance to a good spec starlet but you'll have brilliant handling straight out the box. But starlets do handle very well, once you've got decent coil overs, front a rear roll bars and additional braces. Also if you put money into a starlet engine, they could be shockingly fast and you'll always have the fact that they are quite rare and not everyone knows what they are and what they are capable of.

So tbh, it depends on whether you want fwd or rwd.

  5. thanks for the replies, im just thinking that in terms of track potential the Teg is a better starting point.

Which version did you have Ryan? 96/98jdm or ukdm?

Personally i think my V is too nice to strip and make into a track car, its got the lovely flocked interior and nearly mint paint. Would rather see it looked after.

Have you thought about an EK9?

  6. 1 bar td04 faster then every honda out there lol you havent a clue. Heres a k20 teg from ireland would you say your 1 bar td04 would be faster? Your pushing around 220 bhp if even and you think thats enough to beat every honda out there you're mistaken bigtime.

1 bar td04 starlet is not the fastest car on the road.

You do realise that speedo is in km/h..

And i think Triple J is talking about non turbo honda's
