As above can't seem to find possitive battery lead on my loom

More goodies arrived this morning dizzy cap and some leads and some blue vaccum pipe

Just finishing my loom and the glanza plug is different to the n/a plug, can I just cut both plugs off and match wires up? Or will I need to run a live to the pump from ignition so pump only starts when ignition is on? I don't want to have to go spending more monies on a glanza pump, thanks

Not bad I haven't plugged everything in the engine bay yet but the inside was pretty easy but time consuming, to make it easier get a big space in the house garage or whatever and put the loom all out and start joining engine loom to dash loom and then join the back loom and get some different colour insulation tape and put them on the 2 plugs you join, every plug is different so it's a matter of finding the other plug that plugs into it, and when you put the dash loom in you got to organise it so when you put the dash back in the wires will reach for switches etc

Not bad considering I've done it all by myself bar when I had my mate to guide engine in, just want to get it done now and start it either tommorow or Tuesday also got my licence back on valentines day so be able to drive again after 13 months , got a little k11 Micra just to use as a daily just because insurance is so cheap, and will get pics up of that soon

So my loom is finally in ,excuse the mess it will be valeted once done , so all the inside is back complete, just got the engine loom to all be pluged into sensors etc and then do a couple of other things then it's good to test. ! Yaaaayyyyyyy

It was a lovely car mate drive sweet aswell, you should of got it repaired , the boy looks after it he's cleaning every couple of days haha

it was sold on for cheap to my freind which now uses it back and for university and never misses a beat and it's completely standard was such a clean car

not today not but sometime in the week as I gotta wait for my dizzy and put oil and coolant in etc, ok il get there somehow haha cheers anyway

So the plug in the bay runs back into the car and plugs into the box? Yes the box sits up under by the steering wheel, fitting the interior loom was pretty easy just got stuck on that bloody plug haha

Ok so I found it goes into a box and there's no other connectors on the dash loom to plug in but I found a plug on the engine loom that will plug into box but it's in the bay on the drivers side :s

Hi, just wiring up my loom now and there a wire that runs down the drivers side from the back with a plug as shown and there's nowhere on the dash loom to plug it in, any idea were it goes? It seems to be for the back lights or fuel pump cheers

yes I got the rear loom, I was just told to get the full loom as it was easier, I have taken pics anyway as I have started doing it and il post them up to show you later on,I was just surprised how easy it all went together, it's just the matter of routing the wires behind the dash tidy so everything lines up, pictures to follow lol
