Long story short we're being forced to move house due to the mothers prick of an ex husband so first thought was to sell up and call it a day. That's what roughly 200bhp did to my standard clutch, it held out well for about a week then shit itself. I do have quite an aggressive driving style tho so probably that.

Small update, got this all fiberglassed up ready for filling, sanding and paint. Also got the heat gun out and got rid of the rest of the sound deadening in the car. I think I'm going to run a bead of self along all the major seems when I get time to as most of the sealant has come of with it. Will also have the petrol tank removed soon if any body needs one........ free to collector

Ahh yeah see they look much better. Yes that is the worrying part, it's only a stock bonnet but even still, trying to find another one in white would be a pain in the arse. Cheers for the help mate I'll get some ordered up on pay day.

Who's fitted there own bonnet pins (flat aero catch type) and how hard are they to do? Don't fancy fucking my bonnet up really. Also what ones are people using? Seen loads on eBay but they seem to cheap and we all know what cheap means!

Not much of an update but got the carpet out ready to remove the rest of the sound deadening and prep for paint. Also started this but ran out of time as I'm working nights atm. Just shaping and the pods moulding in, not sure wether to flock it or just spray it. Looking to get the dash flocked any way so might just go with that.
