I also only built engine 1400 miles ago and is spitting abit of oil out my rocker cover breather filter and can see steam come from it

Hi guys I recently forged my engine and it's started smoking badly. It mainly only does it when been stood idling and then I rev it and poors loads of blue smoke out then after a few revs it pretty much clears. Any ideas guys? I was wondering if maybe a stem seal has popped of or something?
