daniel_g Posted March 31, 2016 Share Posted March 31, 2016 If keeping it N/a then yes its pretty straight forward.If the plugs on the thermostat housing or anything like that are different just use the 4E thermo housing on the 5E.Make sure you have the 5E PAS brackets and maybe the pump to as i think they differ slightly.Also the 5E is taller so you might need the exhaust modded slightly so it lines up.Since its going into a 4paw you will have to swap the 4E 95 sump and pickup onto the 5E so it clears the transfer box.And there is a large support bracket on the back which holds the engine to the transfer box, ideally you should get the 5E block tapped to refit the bracket.Another thing to watch out for is the coolant port on the inlet side of the head, depending on what year engine you get it might be the same as your 4E or, it might not be make sure you have the correct gasket or it will leak water.Another thing... do you have DIS ignition on the 95 or the dizzy type?
