not only that but sorting out the handling means you can take corners Faster

sorting out your brakes means you can get away with late braking which in the long run means you get places Faster

....unless the original post was just based upon acceleration?

but yes you should always up-rate handling and braking before upping the power, other wise it might be the fastest 30seconds of your life until you come to a corner or someone pulls out on you

made a 4.7bhp increase on Muddyells car

Yeah but didn't that other lad in the white one make like 99hp? Guess he had a bunch of other mods though, but still, thats nearly 5hp just on one car, another engine might react better to it and make 8. All depends..

Yeah I think that was due to the 35k miles on the car and a custom induction kit placed round the side of the batery behind the light.

I do have a powerloss exhaust (backbox, gona get it done somewhere else, PROPERLY ) so don't think that does anything.

Weight reduction.. free and gives you that little bit faster 0-60 time

spare wheels are always good to lose they are heavy but.. if you get a puncture your done for unless you have that gay tyre seal..

Manifold,

Cams,

Throttle bodies,

chipping the car,

re-map,

turbo.. expensive option but will give you what your after

some things are pricey.. at £150 in fairness your not going to get that much unless some one is selling urgent
