Fitted ct9 hybrid and ram horn manifold from standard now making less power!! Any ideas?

Recently replaced stock ct9 and manifold etc for hybrid and zisco ram horn hks actuator and new decat and making less power!! Was 170 bhp now 155 bhp. Only idea is maybe actuator?

Sounds like a boost leak

Done leak test on fri found few bad holes on intercooler pipes got them sorted made bit better but still not right mate. Pissed off to be honest and running out of ideas lol going to check actuator properly tomorrow

Have you adjusted the actuator to suit?Are you running the same boost pressure as before?

wha ha ha got to love aftermarket tuning parts ha ha

pup a long vac hose on the actuator ahnd trow it under water now blow in the hose if you see bubbles you found your leak

probly gasket leak head to manifold or masnifold to turbo and intercooler pipe feed gasket on the ct9

I know went for upgrade and ended up with down grade lol all new gaskets fitted on everything

Its not a downgrade theres just a problem lol.

How do you know it was 170 and its now 155 have you been on and off a dyno?

Have you been having it mapped? What management is on it?

Yeh been on dyno mate. No management at min bud. Getting emanage next few weeks
