Djaniero
Year: 1994Model: Starlet Turbo EP82 Twin Headlamp ModelTax: N/AMOT: N/AMileage: 159...Mixture of miles and kilometers Description: Hi Guys, As some of you may know, I have been thinking about doing this for the past year, but finally plucked up the courage to do so. Here I have for sale, my Toyota Starlet GT Turbo (ep82 Twin Headlamp version)The car has been in my family for the past 7 years – owned by my brother previously, and has been a pleasure to drive and own.I’m a genuine jap car enthusiast, and have been a member on here and tgtt forum since 2006. However, its time to move on, as I’m now into supermoto, and simply don’t get the time to drive the starlet anymore. The spec of the car is as follows: 1994 Japanese Import159k on the clock – mixture of miles and kilometresCat 1 Alarm – Wakes The DeadElectric Windows, and MirrorsMomo Steering wheelTitanium Gear KnobOem Toyota Mindi Disc and CD Head UnitAem Wide Band O2 sensor kitBoost GaugeHeaters Work – Nice and hot not luke warm like many starlets TD04 Turbo (From Subaru Impreza) – Turbo was rotated and Inspected before fitting by Liam_D @ Midland Turbo.Braced Toyosports S/S TD04 Manifold and Down PipeExternal Waste Gate with Screamer PipeHks Hi-Power Cat Back Exhaust SystemTurbo Smart Manual Boost Controller (Running a Safe .7 Bar of boost)Tuning Developments 255 Fuel PumpGreddy Type S Blow Off ValveFront Mounted IntercoolerFront Mounted Cold Air Induction Kit Tein Fully Adjustable coiloversCusco Adjustable Panhard RodTRD Front Strut BraceRear interior stripped out – Originals available if neededMR2 5 Spoke Alloys All work has been carried out by myself and my trusted mechanic Jimbobek9 – He is a Moderator over on the ek9.org forum and a respected race car driver and mechanic – Feel free to look him up. As you can see, the car has an awesome spec….pulls like a train in all gears, with no gearbox crunches , and doesn’t smoke or burn oil. I have a folder full of receipts for all the parts/work carried out on the car…inc. recent cam belt change. Bad points. Please bare in mind that this is a 22 year old car, and is not perfect.Although in great condition for its age, it does have: 1. some paint fade on the boot and the rear drivers side panel2. Someone tried to break into it previously and has bent the top of the drivers door slightly - still functions fine.3. The rear drivers side shock has developed at rattle. My mechanic checked this over for me, and found that one of the lower rear bushes on the shock has perished. He checked with some of his contacts and can get this repaired for roughly around £150 - More than happy pass on these details to the new owner. The car is currently sorn and has no MOT, so will need towing/trailing away. However, it starts first time every time. I have tried to be as honest as possible about the car. I'm sure that those, who have done business with me on here over the years, will vouch for me being a honest person to deal with.I’ll be sad to see her go, but I would rather another enthusiast get some use out of her opposed to it sat there gathering dust. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. The first to see will buy, and have a well sorted starlet for not a lot of money. And as much as I hate to say it, someone could buy this...break it and easily make a profit. Thanks for looking. Car is located in Manchester. Price: £3500 onoPictures: Contact Details: pm or call/sm me on 07732 876587 I work long hours, so bare we me if I miss your call. I'll get back to you. Djaniero
Point taken man. But like the ad says....I'm more than open to listening offers on her . I have a daily driver....and a supermoto now....So I simply don't have the time to do anything else to her. Saying that I'd be happy to keep her until the right buyer comes along....taken me nearly a year to have the balls to sell it lol. patman
Can I ask please how did you get on with that manual boost controller?
Djaniero
Works great mate. Really easy to fit and set-up....and more importantly holds stable boost. I was skeptical at first as I had used an avc r previously...but cant fault the Turbo Smart at all.
patman
Thankyou for the tip mate I'm presuming you just have a non adjustable actuator on then open the manual boost controller until you get the boost you want if that's right me saying that please quote me in I'm wrong
