Third gear keeps poping out

As above third gear keeps poping out for some odd reason anyone got any suggestions?

Could be cables but I'm 95% it's 3rd gears synchro

Hope not might try bleed the system and see it that helps all the cables seem fine

Check your oil level, any excess movement in the engine mounts?

Mine popped out of 5th a few times on the way to and back from jae

Must be some kind of common problem hopefully we can find what's callusing it

All engine mounts are solid Polly bushed so no movement did give the box an oil change recently was fine will give it a check again

If thats the case, its more than likely a worn selector/gear itself. A worn synchro will only make changes a little hard, not cause it to drop the gear itself.

I always used premium oil in my gearboxes, (Millers nanodrive) never had a slight problem. Always made for smoother box.

Used qulity oil also this started happening long after might be an worn selector it dont click into gear on third might look into that cheers guys
