Help me please 😩😩😩

Hi guys, once again I'm having more problems with my glanza😡. Really starting to get fed up with it. Basically all of a sudden my fag lighter, radio, clocks and rear lights have stopped working and all the fuses are okay. I got a multi meter up to the back of my radio, I've got a good earth and a switched live but no constant live. Can anyone tell me where to look.

checked both sets of fuses ? set under bonnet send under steering wheel ?
