Electric / Manual windows

Bit of a strange one,

Has anyone changed electric window controls to manual

I run in a road going class and need to retain standard glass + window control. But would be useful to ditch the weight of electric motors wiring etc.

Any thoughts welcome

I swapped the doors on my 85 to GT doors and fired a set of manual windows in them, you need the glass aswell because the mount points for the regulator are different. Door cards are different too if youre gonna be running them?

This should apply for a 91 aswell.

Could you swap the internals from a EP91 N/A? (assuming they have manual windows?)

I was wondering this too; I've got an EP91 with electric windows, but I've fully stripped it and want manual windows, so could I get away with just buying the manual regulators or do I need the glass aswell?
