SpikeyJp_68
Hi guys, Just finished building my engine today and as I was doing it I noticed that 40nm for the conrod bolts/nuts isn't very tight at all and wondered should I have used some threadlock ? If so what grade ? Many thanks in advance, Joe
AdamB
No, it affects the torque if any grease/threadlock is applied, unless otherwise stated like ARP's. Edited January 15, 2017 by AdamB

Starlet__SR
Unless it stated it as part of the bolt kit. Wouldn't bother.
