TimD
I've had my heater matrix deleted for a while, when I did it I just joined the coolant out from the water pump, to the coolant in at the thermostat housing. I wondered if someone smarter than I can tell me whether or not I can just plug them up instead of running a hose between them? The one circled red here, and it's friend at the thermostat housing? Socks
You can indeed just blank them off. It wont restrict water flow around the system. Not sure how you'd get on from a bleeding point of view. as the matrix is the highest point. May make it even better. How you going de-mist de-fog on cold days? TimD
Cheers, was unsure if there was a waterway in the thermostat housing from that pipe which needed to be filled? Without taking the recently sealed housing off my head it'll be hard to see for myself. As for the mist and fog, you'd be surprised how well fog-x works. I've done a couple of cold and wet track days and never had a problem with the screen misting up!
Socks
Yeh, no worries. Yet to try Fog-x. I know in btcc they struggle even with the anti fog stuff... Fair enough tho
