mart1 Posted March 31, 2017 Share Posted March 31, 2017 Anyone on here had any experience with advance insurance?What a cock up lol setup my car insurance with them 2 weeks ago and been waiting for documents to come in the post and an email, been on the phone 3 times now to advance insurance asking for documents or an email, every time yes we will email documents and post documents, got on the phone again today and at last they sent me an email with documents, so checked it all and it's all wrong, got my reg wrong, the model of car wrong, my occupation wrong no claims wrong, so phoned again today at 5.20 pm politely told them to sort it and he said will do the correct reg for me now, after this I went on to askmid website which is what the police go on to check if you're car is insured, and my car is coming up not insured haha but it is insured still with the wrong incorrect reg, their is one number missing on my reg, back on the phone again tomorrow morning.Luckily I haven't been stopped by the police, need to go out to night in the car but didn't bother just in case I got pulled over.
