My Glanz has got a powerflow exhaust system will I still get a power increase or would an aftermarket jap system like HKS etc be better??

prob wont have a power increase depends on size of bore and routing etc generally powerflow are not performance inhancinh exhausts would be better with a jap specific system such as hks,blitz or kakimoto which are very very good!!!!!!!!!!

on gtt.com WEPR and AUTOFIXED do kind of custom systems with no restrictions. im buying one in the next few days, if you want power id reccomend those.

dont the mandrel bent powerflow systems restrict anyway beacause of the bends being narrower?

Mandrel bends are what you want as it maintains the diameter throughout.

Yep this is true. The larger the diameter of your pipework the larger the radius of turn you will need to keep Ã? constant though. Won't really matter for 2-3" exhaust pipework though.

indeed, but I'm fussy with bit's like that! Nothing goes on my cars without it being flow-benched, reviewed and road tested to prove it's worth

Sorry. Meant to say you won't have any problems keeping the diameter uniform for an exhaust system using a mandrel... however it's a very important aspect of exhaust design in order to keep the gasses flowing smoothly that diameters are kept constant.
