patman
Sorry if in wrong section couldn't find a cooling section, I'm just wondering people's views on cooling panels do they actually work or are they more of a show thing. Do temps actually lower with one on?Thanks Pat
glanzadude
you get a bit more flow in the frontmount intercooler and stock rad but if you dont have a fmic only for looks then. I quite like the look off them myself will be getting one soon for my EP82 Edited May 24, 2017 by glanzadude
TimD
The idea of them is to force air through the radiator rather than around it. I have one, it's been sat on the shelf for ages. I intend to use it as a base for boxing in my civic radiator to improve flow through it. Air will take the path of least resistance, quite often that is around the radiator. I'd be surprised if they made a noticeable difference just on their own.
