Hi i broke the 10mil bolt that hold on the dust plate and now im wondering can u run a manual without one thanks

Basicaly i cant get the bolt out its spinning. So will i cut the dust plate along the lines or will i just run without it

Try and get a very thin flatblade screwdriver under the head of the bolt, and lever it as you undo it with a ratchet.

Ya tried that ended up taking the head of the bolt off now im wondering will i cut the dust plate at the lines drawn or leave it off

Better off leaving the plate on. The bellhousing bolts hold it in well enough.
