ste91
cool do you reckon 250 would be ok or wouldnt you risk it After spending the amount of money required to get it to 250BHP (keeping in mind you'd need to upgrade brakes and handling mods too) I wouldn't risk it. ecksjay
you may aswell upgrade the mounts if you're going to that power, you'd be hard pushed to run that on standard internals anyway so whilst the engines out then you may aswell do the mounts.
Stackhouse
cool cheers well so far i have been quoted £800 to take to 250 break
Mikey Jay
Not even a turbo owner, but that sounds quite cheap to basically double the power output of the car.....?

Stackhouse
no why
Sparky
it will cost more than £800 to get a Starlet to 250bhp safely For the sake of £150 or so you may aswell get TRD mounts
StarletRick
you wont get the car handling/stopping right for 800 quid, let alone tuning it to 250 hp.to get thecar to a safe 250hp (engine, handling braking) youre looking at upwards of 6k. even if you could. youd die instantly because it wouldnt go round a corner or stop. Glanza Al
Even with mates rates thats still stupidly cheap.Alex.
Sparky
Does it include the parts though?
ecksjay
that wont include anything to make it stop or go, as above, 250bhp in a stock glanza is, well, terrifying.not to mention the fact that the engine wont take that. the ecu to do that on its own (safely and to a high quality) would be that sort of money.if you can do it, then fair play to you, but i'll bet my car that you wont
