SKINY Posted June 24, 2018 Share Posted June 24, 2018 Ok so I know nothing about external wastegates I will be fitting my Wepr kit in the next few weeks but think the Demon Motorsports wastegate I have is faulty. The top of it( let's call it the bell ) spins around freely in my hand, should it be doing this ? Had it out looking at it during the week and when I fitted the wee collar and mounted it on the manifold it wasn't spinning anymore, no idea if they are meant to do this ??? I wouldn't trust a demon Motorsport wastegate well not after a friend's was faulty and cost him an engine first time he boosted. Always go genuine for stuff like that Imo. Cheers nick.
