Please ensure to take extra caution when removing and refitting brake parts, taking time to bleed the brakes fully to remove all air from the system and ensuring that all joints are sealed properly. Failure to do so could result in the loss of brakes. The kit consists of braided brake lines, T-Pieces and fixings as shown below. Lines are numbered 1 – 6 up the right hand side, with the T-Pieces also being lettered A&B, with then each joint numbered for each T-Piece, ie: A2 or B1. It is advised to take your time when fitting this kit, routing the lines so that they are not trapped or rubbing on other parts that could damage the hose. T-Pieces are secured as shown in the below pictures T-Piece A: Fitting A2 facing upwards T-Piece B: Fitting B1 facing upwards Lines are fitted in the following places: Line 1: Straight Fitting – Left Hand Side Of Brake Proportioning Valve (When facing engine bay) 90 Degree Fitting – T-Piece Fitting B3 Line 2: 90 Degree Fitting – Front (Top) Of Master Cylinder 90 Degree Fitting – T-Piece Fitting A2 Line3: 90 Degree Fitting – T-Piece Fitting A3 Straight Fitting – OSF (Drivers Side) Brake Line Joint Underneath Brake Master Cylinder Line 4: 120 Degree Fitting – Right Hand Side Of Brake Proportioning Valve (When facing engine bay) Straight Fitting – T-Piece Fitting A1 Line 5: Straight Fitting – Rear Port On Brake Master Cylinder Straight Fitting – T-Piece Fitting B2 Line6: Straight Fitting – T-Piece Fitting B1 Straight Fitting – NSF (Passenger Side) Brake Line Joint Below Wiper Motor (Route this line below upper bulkhead lip following existing hardline for rear brakes, secure with cable ties supplied) Quote
