Starletraje Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 I'm quite interested in the responses to this too. got some plans that involve paintwork Quote
Dean @RW-Developments Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 are you using cans or a spray gun with an air compressor? if your using cans make sure you key the surface and do long strokes with the can, make sure not to put too much paint on in one go otherwise u will get runs, also dont do it on a cold day! Si@Fiske Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 meth it down ( thats what i use ) firstly or you will get grease spots which arent nice. shake the cans well to mix them up, it also helps if you bath the cans in hot water before you spray too but its really not all that difficult mate just dont spray too close ;). give me a pm if you need help..si Quote
RobSR Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 also make sure you mask everything up like windows etc.. Quote

NightSpirit Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 Rick has a point, a tin of hard paint like BBQ paint or something is the key, you can even do it with a small roller. Outside the car I'd use rattlecans, or should I say I did. Quote
