Toby@ToyTuning.com
Hi all,Right finally are new poly engine mount inserts are nearing completion, give me a few more weeks to test on the car but all is going well and we should be able to get the group buy going very soon!As you all know the only engine mounts currently available are TRD and OEM Toyota. The TRD ones are good but are still rubber at the end of the day. The mounts are subject to a lot of abuse especially when considering the more spirited driver These new Toy Tuning Engine Mounts will replace the rubber bushes with PolyUrethane, a much stronger and more durable material. These will reduce weight transfer of the engine improving torque, traction and engine response. Whilst these will increase vibration this won't be a worry for most. These will be suitable for all Starleteers regardless of power. Ideally you want to replace all three although replacing the g/box mount alone will make a massive difference as this mount sees more stress than the other two. These will be well priced and will make a cost effective alternative to the TRD's.Anyhow a quick picture for you, hopefully this will make Riko and the rest of you very happy finally no more engine mount woes!! We will update you asap with final progress.Best Regards,Toby
