darylb Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 my cars misfiring and im not to sure why, new plugs have gone in and not cured it, so tested my leads make sure they wasnt buggered all gave me different readings, im not to sure if thats good or bad. any help would b appreciated Quote Link to post Share on other sites
ste91 Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 My advise would be to just do a full service on the ignition parts, you said you already got new plugs so get new leads, rotor arm, and distributor cap. Check battery connections to make sure nothing's loose, then it should be fine. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

ste91 Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 Oh I forgot I've got a brand new rotor arm for the 4EFTE here, I bought it thinking the 4EFE and 4EFTE used the same bits but no...For sale if you want it, hasn't been used or anything, just been in my wardrobe along with the rest of my car stuff for a couple of months lol.
