SPS Manifold

Well i have decided to get an SPS mild steel mani, so i sent a message to the guy and he said he doesnt really like selling the un-coated ones as they can rust and bits can fall of and damage the turbo? but the standard manifold on 4efte's rust and they dont damage the turbo do they? someone shed some light on this subject as im unsure about it, theres allot of difference in the price also, thats why i want the uncoated one as its only 180 quid , cheers starlybruiser.

i know there is quite a price difference but the race coated manifold does hold extra gains over the uncoated and for piece of mind i would get the coated one, there's a reason he doesn't like them and doesn't sell them

The uncoated mild steel will rust and so will make it weaker at the welds which aren't there on a stock cast manifold, s these could fail in time.
