Steve GT Posted January 18, 2009 Share Posted January 18, 2009 Well i woke up yesterday morning to the postlady bringing me the usual house bills and junkmail etcwhen to my suprise a small brown envelope was at the bottomand to my delight it was my log book to my starleti only sent it off a week and a half ago!!!!Not that im complaining but whats going on guys DVLA normally take the piss with a 4-6 week waiting periosdont know what the poiint in writing this was but i j4st had to tell s6me one haha Quote Link to post Share on other sites

addz Posted January 19, 2009 Share Posted January 19, 2009 They are far too busy on foot looking for cars to clamp etc..Car down my road was clamped last Thursday ish - today its gone!They are tracking down on uninsured/taxed drivers like a ton of bricks. STEVO9000 Posted January 19, 2009 Share Posted January 19, 2009 The DVLA is about 5 mins from my house, anytime I need to sort anything involving the DVLA I just go straight there, saves time not going through the mail room lol.Took my provisional there just before my 17th, had it back in 4 days.Took my log book there when I changed the car out of my mothers name and into mine, same again, 4 days and the new one was on my door step lol Quote Link to post Share on other sites
