They're a leftover from the previous owner.

Her and her hubby had a type R obsession I think.

He owned a EK9 Civic Type R, DC2 Integra Type R and was buying a new Type R when selling the Glanza - His Mrs wanted in on it so had Glanza R stickers put on - FOOL!

Thing is they're actually well done so are a be-hatch to get off ;)

Right i've been doing some reading and I hope people will be able to give me some advice/ reassure me here!

When i've fitted everything above in this thread will I experience boost creep?

I have the HKS Actuator set at 0.8 bar at the moment and the electronic boost controller (Blitz DSBC) set to the same for a safe level.

Should I wind down the boost on the actuator for now whilst I "Run In" the new set up?

I don't want to eat the seals on the turbo or anything!

Any advice would be appreciated and rep will be added :D

Thanks

Steve

Firstly - Sorry to the mods for dredging this thread from the depths! lol!

Secondly - Due to being SOOOOO busy with work etc I haven't updated this (or indeed been on here) for ages

Thirdly - There are now some new parts to add to this thread - Meister R Zeta R Coilovers, EBC Brakes, Braded Brake Lines and 5.1 fluid plus the usual service bits/ belts.

The wheels have changed to a set of OE Speedlines (altho I still have the ATEC's)

and FINALLY... I have a new car now so will be, very sadly, parting with the Starlet soon :)

Basically I got some new responsibilities with work which involved me having to travel quite a bit so the mileage & costs on the Starlet were creeping up. I did the maths and it basically added up to me needing Diesel in my life again so I have just bought an 08 Civic Type S GT 2.2.

I'm going to clean the Starlet and give it a last coat of Meg's before putting pics and a proper For Sale thread.

I'm gutted but just can't keep 2 cars :)
