paul w Posted May 18, 2009 Author Posted May 18, 2009 It is mint for a 12 year old car!One scuff on the front bumper and a lil patch of crazy paving paint on the rear no bigger than 2" round!Best bit is it is totally standard so no chav has had his mitts on it to thrash it! Comes from down your way too Quote
Guest Enzo Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 cant realy go wrong with a wrx mate, do you plan on holdiing on it for long? Quote
paul w Posted May 18, 2009 Author Posted May 18, 2009 Yeah this is a keeper ideal for what i need so it's not going anywhere for a while. Quote
Guest Enzo Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 with that in mind are you gona molest it wi your grubby mits?making it rwd would be hella fun! Quote
paul w Posted May 18, 2009 Author Posted May 18, 2009 It may get a light fettling but nothing extreme might get a FMIC, panel filter and exhaust but thats about it. Needs a CD player as it's got a double din Minidisc unit fitted at mo so thats gotta go. Quote
scutch0 Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 hmm... a wagon, nice.i seem to remember you being very anti-scoob mate? Quote
Sparky Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 WOW a Scooby dont see them everyday :)Nah looks cool and unabused mate enjoy it Quote
paul w Posted May 23, 2009 Author Posted May 23, 2009 I'm not anti scoob rich, just chavved up and abused saloon models I need a decent sized car for me the missus and dog along with everything else i tend to end up with in my cars Sparky ole boy it's not a common scoob IE: silver, saloon, huge spoiler, noisy exhaust and ridiculously loud dump valve It's a real nice drive, typical subaru interior and very thirsty as you would expect I'm quite impressed with the general drive but i'm sure it's got some aftermarket suspension as it sits pretty low The only real blemish on rear bumper Quote
Galliano Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 Bah, a new back bumper and all will be merry mate Looks like its gonna serve you well Quote
Mikey Jay Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 Nice I actually prefer the look of the estate's to the saloons Quote
scutch0 Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 how thursty is it then mate? how many miles to a tank? Quote
paul w Posted May 25, 2009 Author Posted May 25, 2009 It all depends on how it's driven really rich, boot it and you'll see single figure MPG for sure! I've done 300miles and used 3/4 tank of juice with mixed driving but no fuel light has come on yet so i'll just keep going till it pops on or it conks out with no fuel Quote
paul w Posted May 26, 2009 Author Posted May 26, 2009 Bout £40-£45 with super unleaded So not that bad really as it only gets used at weekends Quote
