Amjad Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 Hey guys, I've noticed a little nagging problem, my interior light DOES work when you switch the lever to ON, but when it's on the DOOR setting, and the doors are open, it doesnt switch on..Any ideas as to what might be wrong? Is there like a switch by the doors that maybe wont release when I open the doors? Because I can't see one! Thanks,Amjad Quote Link to post Share on other sites
ToyotaTech15 Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 There will more than likely be a button for each door, cant really remember,If you open the doors there will be a little black grommet like rubber thing that pushes in when the door pushed against it,If they are ok it will probably be the switch in the light itselfHope this helpsGary Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Bean Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 take the rubber grommets off that cover mentioned above then take the door switches apart and clean all the contact up inside. they get all corroded and stop working, easy to do ive done it on both the starlets ive owned.
