Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help.

I've got a square light starlet gt and the clutch is too far down and the bite is right at the bottom, is there any way to adjust the clutch cable to make the bite higher up.

You can adjust the clutch pedal to alter the bite, i have no idea how but i know you can, someone will be along shortly you tell you how.

Are they definately cable?

if its hydraulic there will be adjustment on the pedal

If its cable there will possibly be adjustment at the gearbox end

Not 100% sure about older gt's thou

If you get in under the dash and look towards the top of the pedal arm, you should see a bolt that acts as a stopper for the pedal arm. Loosening/tightening this will adjust where the bite is.
