bucketep91
i had that about a year ago.coming on to boost it sounded like i was down on a cylinder, tried spark plugs new rotor arm and dizzy and it turned out to be the last thing on the list, ht leadstry the 1's from the n/a
DavidAshton
Do a diagnostics see why the em light is coming on
Steve GT
if it cuts out keep your foot down and if it goes again that sounds like fuel cutalso if the engine management light goes back off about 2 seconds later again fuel cut it sounds likebut it could be as bucket said so id try new ht leads etc first and see if that solves it mate

Russleh
im goin with fuel cut because the fcd aint connected properly. i dont remember it bein connected before because the cables look cut and i wouldnt do that sooo where do the red n black from the fcd go. Steve GT
yeh you can try thati dont like fcd's anyway think them and a rrfpr are the 'Crude' way to do iti think management is a better way but you can try plugging the fcd back in and see
Chicco
You probably don't need that fcd. What have you done to that glanza... like the other guy said do a diganostic test and see what comes up first.
bucketep91
fuel cut dosent make the exhaust sound any different. what kind of noise is it? is it like being down on a cylinder? i dont know much about fcd's but I've heard people say those hks units can make your car run lean or rich im not sure which 1 lol its always active where as other units like jam or greddy only work when you come close to fuel cut so it could be that its not connected properly
Steve GT
well in them fcd's theres like 12 different settings on them and i think on the hks ones there supposed to be on 7 or 8 i think check that one too lol
Russleh
got hks fcon and gcc piggyback so been told the fcd aint a bad thing with those. the exhaust just sound like it misfires alot but the can just doesnt give at all after unless i give very little accelerator. i just need to know where the red n black wires go from the fcd. cant find the book for it. Steve GT
someone on here will know put a thread up on it or theirs probably a guide anyway lolbut it certainly sounds like it could be 3 potting like bucket said maybe

Dean @RW-Developments
to be honest mine fuel cuts bad alot and the exhaust pops bad when it hits fuelcut so could be that but have you got a fpr to up the fueling to run the fcd? or is the ecu putting more fuel in? otherwise as said erlier it will run lean.
