bucketep91 Posted September 14, 2009 Share Posted September 14, 2009 ok so I've just fitted my hybrid and im only hitting 0.5 bar where as before it was sitting nicley at .85. I've been fidling witht he hks actuator but nothing is changing and all my intercooler pipe work is tight with no leaks, I've had to remove the efi pipe and my hotside intercooler pipe doesnt allow any space to re route my air filter, so the turbo is meshed for now. could it be the boost hose from the efi pipe? DavidAshton Posted September 14, 2009 Share Posted September 14, 2009 Not sure if the same goes for a tongs turbo, but when i was setting the boost off just the actuator on my K1 I had to turn it in LOADS of times, on my ct9 it was boosting .8 when i put it on the K1 it hardly made boost, i had to wind it in about 10 times to get it anywhere near 1 bar, so may be that.
