Starlet__SR
Silly question, but what would be involved so you can access UKSC from your mobile? A friendly version without having to load all the full page up? Only an idea thats all as my phone refuses to access it:(Damien
Kennedy
It would be possible..maybe with just the addition of anothe skin which removes all the fancy bits and pieces so it loads quicker on the phone.
Starlet__SR
Similar to mobile ebay or facebook, something thats easily accessable, so you can still access threads, read them, post replies etc, be cool if it could happenDamien
Kennedy
yes like facebook has a seperate site sort of thing m.facebook.com or whatever it is.Its a good idea, might be a lot of work for not many people to use though.Might be worth putting this in the feedback and suggestions area

A friendly version without having to load all the full page up? Only an idea thats all as my phone refuses to access it:(DamienI access UKSC from my BlackBerry Curve 8900 a lot, works well enough when I have a Wi-Fi connection!Having said that, I'm using a friends iPod touch at the moment, and I gotta say it's a lot nicer to use, except for the fact that I'm not used to the touchy keyboard lol
Starlet__SR
I've just got one of those lol, first ever blackberry, what do you think to them??Damien
Amjad
Yeah same here, had a Sony K800i and N95 (<crap! lol) before that..Absolutely LOVE the Curve I use emails and internet a lot so it's ideal, and the keyboard is awesome to use as I text a lot too! My contract runs out in about 10/11 months, I'm looking forward to what BlackBerry come up with then I must say I was considering an iPhone before the Curve, but the price is ridiculous! (a friend was gonna buy one a month ago on O2 and the contract + iPhone worked out to be approx £900 ) I don't think there's not much point in getting one just yet though, seeing as Apple can (and will) improve it in so many ways..look at how much iPods have come along over the past few years! And they'll be a helluva lot cheaper too Sorry for going off topic a bit!

And they'll be a helluva lot cheaper too Sorry for going off topic a bit! It's scary what the blackberry's are like, I was unaware till I had a go on my boss's phone. I'm really impressed with them lol. As for the iphone, been speaking to numerous people and they've given bad feedback, the guy who served me slated the battery life, cool phones, but not enough juice to make it worthwhile. They'll bring out a better and more efficient iphone sooner or later, and once they've realised how overpriced they are lol!.And it's cool dude, nice to have a decent convo on here lol, Damien

CRaZyKiD
Back to the topic though...Picture the scene...Morning that you've set aside a day for putting the car back together.. but theres just an awkward wee bitty thats just puzzling you about it... "why's this not going in" "whats that noise" todays technology could have you just reaching to your pocket whilst under the car sending a photo of the problem.. uploading it to UKSC and having your problem solved by the UKSC team.. Oh yes... im all over that..most of us on the forums have used it for getting help, and wheres a better place than yer driveway/garage whilst your still in the mood for cars...Just my input;)CK
