Boot Bouncing And Where Can I Get Wind Deflectors From

hey all erm i have i prob wiv my boot wen i going down road the pass side of boot bounces quite bad and also there is a big diffrence between gaps from pass to drivers side i think it is a aliment issue but just seeing if anyone has had the same prob

also my lovely mate has broke my wind deflector pass side and need to repalce drivers as well as in a poor state
