i would assume so, there for the valves to seat in.

only way to tell is to take them out, check the sizing and rods.

mate, the valves dont seat in the piston, the seat in the valve seat

the "knotch/cutout" on the piston, is for clearance from the inlet valves, to stop them slapping the pistons.
