ok thanks fella will try it and see if the intercooler pipe that connects to the inlet was loose could this cause this problem too??????????????

i dont thinkso mate. check the vacuum hose between the dump valve and inlet mani too

check it from the rocker to the pipe if u still cant tell take of the pipe that goes from the pcv valve and while the engine is running just put your finger over the end of the pipe should make a diff in idle speed

it sounds as though u have a loose vacuum leak somewhere...if u've checked all the obvious places....check on the TB and in rear cases see the opposite end of the TB where you have that AC valve attached...that's on the left hand side of the throttle body when facing the car....

once I was racing and had that break off sending the revs up...
