craig_94 Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 afternoon! well got a bit of a problem with my glanza v. has been sat idle for around 3 weeks maybe 4. starts fine, but when i give it some the revs climb by around 1k-1.54k, turbo lights go as the usual and i can hear the turbo spool up so thats fine...... however the speed does not climb for a split second then the revs drop down 1k and then the speed and revs climb together???? any ideas???p.s. didnt seem to do it at around 5k plus was always between 4 and 4.5 maybe?HELP!!!!! keirz Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 clutch?sounds like thats whats going on.turbo comes in, revs fly up without the speed. clutch stops slipping and engages dropping the revs a little and then pulls as it should.will do it more around 4k as this is when you will be making peak power Quote Link to post Share on other sites
