you'll have to be forged for more than 1 bar of boost - also you wont get n e wer near 300bhp on a 4e with a td04 it'd be hard enough getting 300 on a 5e

You won't have to forge to go over 1 bar. In fact every Td04 kit i've done runs over 1 bar. (stock engines)

The engine doesn't make any difference to what a turbo will flow. The 5e will just make the power earlier in the RPM's than the 4e. Assuming everything else is equal.

well if you run 1 bar on a td04 on a 4e it aint gunna make as much power as a td04 at 1 bar on a 5e

there aint no replacement for displacement

x2,

there is an e-manage forum for these questions here.

e-manage forum

you could run a blue up to any amount power theoriticaly, it has a 16x16 map so the only disadvantage is less mapping points over an ultimate.

a tdo4 is only really good for 1.45 bar,

with cams your looking at near enough 280-290.
