enots
sure its not a missfire?? checked the leads, plugs, dizzy?
Starlet__SR
Sounds like a misfire, you tried running cooler plugs with a tighter gap?Damien
rorenapier
Go with heat range 7's, they will be fine.Run a gap of 0.6mm.When was the distributor cap and arm last changed?
Lukew360
0.6 sounds like a tiny gap, mine are 0.9.I think it was on the data base that the garages have.
rorenapier
May sound tiny, but think about it, with a big gap the sark has to jump further, and if your running a bigger turbo with a bigger volume of air at the same psi, then your goin to blow the spark out.Simple logistics buddy
Lukew360
Yeah your right it is logical But there's quite a lot more to it, from what I've read, when running big power then a tiny gap is suitable.
