Hey all. Right i have been mad about Glanzas for years ever since my next door neighbour had one about 5 years ago, anyway i'm 20 years old and have finally got a decent insurance quote for a Glanza V, so now i am on the hunt for the perfect Glanza.

Basically i am looking for a Glanza with reasonably low mileage and that has a sound body (no rust, dents etc) apart from that i amn't to fussy, saying that does anybody have any hints or tips for purchasing my dream car for example what to look for or what to look out for.

Any help would be very much appriciated

check the head around runners 3-4 on manifold as a common thing is for these to crack and be bodged with e-metal other than that obvious things like smoky turbos etc there is a good guide on here somewhere

5k will get you a well set up starlet. Are you after a heavily modified 1 or near standard?

Not 2 fussy really if its heavily modded the mods would have to be done properly and the car running with no problems (costly problems) but i also like the sound of a really clean standard starlet do do my own thing with, so the options are open really
