advice on ebay/claims + dispute

hi guys just wanted some advice i recewntly sold some jeans i stated i was 90% sure these were 34r regular the buyer is moaning saying that they r more like a 32r so where do i stand they want a refund heres the link. (i swear they r 34r)

Should have put sold as see in the advert just to cover yourself, as your description is vague I would say there getting a refund but it will be all upto paypal at the end of the day

hmmm well that is a bit gay then i though i have been slewed. u think they will get money back then, ill just make them claim it they will have to pay tracking etc and cost em few £'s more

there you go its settled the no returns mean no returns just email them and say you don't accept returns and you stated you were not 100% sure what size they were.
