Craig_T
Right, I tried my wheels over my mates wilwoods and the calipar slightly catches on my spokes towards the centre of my wheel as they kinda dish out.I could grind the calipar, but, does anyone know what the k sports are like compared to the wilwoods? Thanks
Ryan-11
might clear with some small spacers on? im pretty sure the ksports only fit behind 17's
Craig_T
sport 286's go behind 15's and don't want to run spacers
Keri-WMS
Have you tried the WMS PDFs out of interest?4P107 - Normal 275x22 size kit with best wheel clearance (printable clearance test profile: 275x22 kit PDF )4P109 - Heavy duty 277x25 size kit with more thermal mass (printable clearance test profile: 277x25 kit PDF )
Craig_T
Yeh Keri, but I want to go bigger discs, sorry!
YoungStig
New light weight wheels on the card me thinks craig ;)
Craig_T
Haha, I want rota grids, but ideally I didn't want to pay for wheels....
Keri-WMS
Yeh Keri, but I want to go bigger discs, sorry! Not going to wait for the 295mm / T30x setup then? ;)
Craig_T
Nope, as they won't fit under 15's ;)
Idrees
Space the wheel out, I wouldn't be grinding my Wilwood callipers! ;)
shorty
As above, use a hubcentric style spacer mate, no fear of a wheel comig off on them
Craig_T
I could always just buy some Rota Grids in white, if a nice set happened to come up, or I can find them cheapish...
Keri-WMS
Nope, as they won't fit under 15's ;)It depends a lot on the wheel! Some 15's can take 300-310mm 4-pot kits. Here's how tight 275mm is inside a 15" Speedline:
Craig_T
I couldn't risk it without being certain though.. If they fit under rota grids and are not too badly priced I would be interested. But I need brakes ASAP and it's still a few month til they would be ready..
