Its a standard fuel pump at least 10 years old designed by toyota to fuel a standard engine running standard boost..Your raising the boost therefor more fuel is needed, the old fuel pump will be working harder? Not exactly wise to leave it, no brainer really.Your engine not mine, just my opinion.And whether someone has had aa original fuel pump fail on them or not... i dont exactly think someone wants to wait and find out do you?Mitch Quote Link to post Share on other sites
