I've basiclly own my ep82 for 3 to 4 months now and when i first had the car it was running mint then about a month ago it developed somthing like an engine stutter or stall or somthing. basiclly whats happening is when accelerating hard 1st and 2nd gear are fine but 3rd 4th and 5th have this stutter all stall between 5 and 7 thousand rpm it fells like the engine is pauses for a split second and does it 2 or 3 times better 5 and 7 thousand, theres no drop in rpm or the boost gauge dosent drop. can any one help Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Stulet-GTT Posted January 29, 2011 Share Posted January 29, 2011 If its stuttering an staling between 5-7rpm then ya hitting fuel cut which is not good as it sound like your hitting it alot..I only use to take mine to about 5.5rpm any more an it would hit fuel cut, so try not to rev it so much as your will only in time blow it up... If not get one fitted, if so what is the boost level?Fuel cut should only kick in at about 0.8bar so a boost gauge will tell you what's going on! Our cars tend to creep bast normal boost levels in the cold weather hence the fuel cut Quote Link to post Share on other sites
