steady_eddy Posted February 11, 2011 Share Posted February 11, 2011 I sold a iphone4 on ebay a couple of weeks ago sent it via recorded delivery so knew it was going to get there.then the guy opened a dispute against me saying he hasnt got the phone.so i sent him the tracking number and pictures of the receipt and screen shots of royal mail saying delivered.then whilst i was in the ebay resolution centre i clicked issue a refund instead by mistake....is there anyway to cancelling the refund?! please help. steady_eddy Posted February 11, 2011 Author Share Posted February 11, 2011 lol thats well bad mate feeling your pain there i would be on the phone to ebay if i was youits not like its for £100 lol its £330!and ive already spent it so now my paypal is -£330 being held.it saysing "Case open: Work it out" and "Awaiting buyer's action" so hopefully the guy doesnt accept the refund and sees my mistake.... but doubt that. steady_eddy Posted February 11, 2011 Author Share Posted February 11, 2011 found the right number the women said that its not an automatic refund it was just a option that sends a automatic email, so now all ive got to do is wait until the 21st and escalate the case so that ebay put a person in there to review the case and they will decide.panic over lol.
