this has happend ever since i went to race tech i am not blaming them but.....

also to rule out it has the be the gizmo we adjusted the settings right back to the lowest boost and it was still boosting to 0.6bar which we set on the setting 1..

Just to say what i've said on text message and to clear thing up for other people to give advise.

The Gizzmo isn't working as you said, you are running on wastegate pressure. (as you always have been) I.e. you've never had the Gizmo controlling the boost. The peak recall was 0.66 bar.

One thing we did do was cable tie loose wiring and reroute it through the grommets in the bulk head rather than at the side as the wiring had already started to rub through.

I'd like to bet at piping. We didn't check this as we didn't get that far.

was it boosting higher than 0.6 before it went to race-tech? got a pic of how the ebc is plumbed in?

No, peak was 0.6. It also had only 15% duty on the PWM, which if anybody is familiar with this type of solenoid would know this wouldn't make any noticable difference to the boost level.

i will go out and get a better pic, i spoke to the guy at gizzmo and he said get pressure into the silicone to see if the solinoid is clicking by making it click its actually sending signals now when i put pressure on the solinoid is not clicking so its 99% that!

How much pressure did you get to? Sounds like the solenoid isn't working then.

From the text message you sent, you do realise the car will always do 0.6 bar, regardless if the boost controller is connected but not working or not connected at all?
