Russleh
i wish id paid extra and got the auris 1.8 petrol hybrid but I've got the 1.6 sr and thats decent but to be honest 34mpg average isnt that great. the new hybrids are a tad pricey aswell at around 20k
Russleh
also , the link for garys sr http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....c=33589&hl=
starlet666
hybrid cars are terrible though, they might not burn as much petrol, but the energy used to make the batteries for them uses the same amount of emissions a normal car makes in a few years anyways.... i cant see how they can sell them as the best car for emissions and that hahaim actually looking at getting a nissan cube or toyota rukus (i dunno what they would be called over there, but the toyota looks very similar to the cube) i think they look awesome as, and practical and can use it to tow my jetski and i can give it to the father and steal his ute when i need to tow the starlet to race events lol
Russleh
road tax being free is mostly how they would sell i guess ;). according to some "experts " somewhere even if we stopped using cars all together it would be to late to stop global warming ( which i think is just a part of mother nature anyway ) loli just wanted one because its 70 mpg and im getting a sore back bending over at the petrol pump
