Just got back from the dyno...

Went to InterPro in Thornbury today to find out how much bhp before i change the turbo.

specs:

zisco external wastegate manifold

zisco decat

Tial wastegate - 0.6bar spring

CJ performance frontmount intercooler

relocated air filter

blitz dump valve

blitz nur spec exhaust

dyno print out

made 171bhp at the flywheel - What do you think?

what are you aiming for with the new turbo ?

want to go hybrid TD12 that enzo is selling.

hopefully get around the 200bhp mark.

I live in bristol how much was it to do there and are they any good

its £65 plus vat. could probably get it cheaper if there was a group of us.

yeah they know there stuff and the guy said they have mapped a few TD04 starlets there and can map on greddy emanage as long as you have the cables and software. and its £80 an hour for mapping.

1.2 bar on a standard turbo will pull 200bhp though mate if your aiming for 200bhp you may as well keep your standard turbo

with that in mind im going to keep the standard turbo and run it at 1bar (as ive got a spare 1 bar wastegate spring) then get a FCD and FPR then see how much it is running.

Cheers mate, the old owner said it had a port and polished head but no proof so maybe he was telling the truth?

Great result mate, i have a TD12 sat in my room, cant wait to get her on :D
