DarkJackal Posted April 26, 2011 Posted April 26, 2011 Just wandering now...Whats to stop you keeping your numberplate in your windscreen? Its still fully on show to the public/police/cameras?Or even attatching it to your passenger side visor and keeping it down?Used to have it in my window on my old EK9 as it ruins the front end, only got warned once but didnt ask why.. Liam_D Posted April 26, 2011 Posted April 26, 2011 Sure theres some kind of law stating it has to be mounted to the front of the car. I had mine in the Window once and got pulled and very nearly fined for it. Quote
ollie ryan Posted April 26, 2011 Posted April 26, 2011 you are allowed it for tempory ise as speed cameras cant photgraph through the car glass apparently Quote

GTnomez Posted April 27, 2011 Posted April 27, 2011 Its due to the glare from the windscreen which affects the visibility Quote
