Ok, so what i want is a guage that tells me my AFR at that point in time.

What is required?

I have heard good things about AEM digi guages.

Will it require me drilling a hole in my exhaust? or does it tap into the ECU or what?

I use the innovate lc-1. Its for my standalone setup but has two out puts you can set to what you want. You could use one for the stock ecu narrow band. And a wideband out put for gauge. Then you use one hole. Not sure about the other makes.
